Practice areas

Commercial-Business law - provide ongoing legal services and guidance to individuals, businesses and companies in variety of agreements such as: employment agreements, partnership and collaboration agreements, business agreements with customers and suppliers, professional services agreements, franchise agreements and more. Our firm offers ongoing legal services to corporations (Ltd companies, businesses, associations), registering new LTD companies, drafting co-founders agreements, establishing company protocols, and commercial agreements.


Intellectual Property - provide guidance and represent individuals, businesses and companies in all IP matters such as Copyrights, Trademarks, Designs and Patents registrations and enforcement in Israel & abroad.


Our firm has international relationships and partnerships with several IP Law firms in the US, China, Europe, Baltic states, Russia and the Ukraine.


Internet law - represent individuals, businesses and companies who need assistance with IP infringement in the internet, consumer agreements, drafting "terms of use", privacy policies for web sites and apps.


Litigation - The firm represents clients in lawsuits in all the courts in Israel, including the Israeli Patent and Trademark Office.

Daniel Zolotovitzky is a chairman of Intellectual Property committee (central district) of Israeli Bar Association. Member of Israeli Internet Association. He served in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) as part of Special Intelligence Unit 8200. After his Army service, he has worked at the Israeli Police Department within the Intelligence Division for more than five years.


Daniel Zolotovitzky is an active member and frequent speaker at forums, seminars and conferences for "Intellectual property".
